Welcome to my Twilight realm..

Twilight is probably my absolutest favourite thing ever ! :) my FAV book & film from the saga is the original as i love how much more 'ordinary' it is in a way. I also aboslutely adore the blue tint, the colour scheme, the outfits, & just everything! The indie vibe of the movie is so nostalgic & comforting. New Moon is a close second favourite though. Bella is just an average girl and is discovering something supernatural while still living a fairly casual life. It just feels so much more relatable and cosy although I do love the more vampiric elements that occur as the saga continues, as i am a massive vampire fan myself >:D. I first watched Twilight in my early teens, alongside some classmates at school. Everyone was making fun of it, and, although I did find certain parts to be a bit odd & cringey, I fell in love with the film for it's beauty and how magical but also relatable it felt. People hated on Bella so much but i just coudln't not see myself in her - awkward, introverted, shy, clumsy, reserved, bookish, not particularly attractive (as described in the books although Kristin Stewart is unbelievably stunning). She's not special or 'out there' as other heroines are which is why i think so many people were drawn to her back in 2005 and in 2008 when the movie released. She's only an imperfect teenage a girl, and a pretty accurate representation of one in my opinion! I also do relate a lot to Alice, my friends even referred to me as 'their little Alice'. I feel as if I am a mix of her and Bella in style, personality & appearance :D

I am 100% team Edward. Bella and Edward have such a special bond and I honestly believe the pair were destined for each other ! I have always loved werewolves though, and when I first watched the Twilight movies, I was infatuated with Jacob (for myself) as I was very much a 'wolfgirl' growing up. However, now I am more of an Edward girl and vampires in general hold a very special place in my heart. Multiple people have told me I'm like a vampire as I am rather pale with dark hair, yellow (hazel) eyes, don't go outside very much, dislike the sun & summer (i get eczema & rashes), have very sensitive skin and I'm more active at night.. A theory I wholeheartedly wish was true >:3
